By using Fihance, you agree to use our bill management and financial tracking services only for lawful personal finance purposes. Fihance is designed to help you track bills, manage payments, and receive AI-powered financial insights to improve your financial well-being.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Fihance:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Using automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the service
• Abusing or overloading our systems through excessive API calls or requests
• Using the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any applicable laws
• Sharing your account credentials with others or creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our service

2. Disclaimers

Fihance is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. All financial information, insights, and recommendations provided through Fihance are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice.

Our AI-powered insights are generated using machine learning algorithms and may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific financial situation. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content or recommendations. You should always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial professionals before making significant financial decisions.

While we implement security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fihance and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the service exceed the amount you paid to Fihance in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. If you have not paid any fees, our maximum liability shall be limited to one hundred dollars ($100 USD).

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. Account termination may occur immediately without prior notice in cases of serious violations, including but not limited to illegal activities, security breaches, or abuse of our systems.

We may also terminate inactive accounts that have not been accessed for an extended period of time. Prior to terminating an inactive account, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Bill history and financial data will be irreversibly deleted and cannot be recovered.
